Shipping

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a flat rate of £12.50.
Or you can choose to collect your shoes from our workshop in Moretonhampstead.

We also offer international shipping. Overseas customers will need to cover postage costs and any import duties or taxes.

Delivery Times

Each pair of shoes is handcrafted to order, and this process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks from confirmation to dispatch. Custom fits or special requests may take longer - we will confirm expected timeframes when you place your order, and keep you updated.

Resoles and Repairs are normally completed and returned within 4 weeks of arriving in our workshop.

If you have a specific event in mind or need your shoes back sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns

As each pair of shoes is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the shoes are faulty or damaged upon delivery. If your shoes arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate. To process your return, please provide photographic evidence of the fault or damage.

We offer a fitting service where you can try your shoes before the sole is fixed, enabling us to make any adjustments to the size and fit.
